Washington State DUI News: DUI Breath Test Machine changes are on the way

The State of Washington is currently readying itself for changes in the breath test machines and their procedures.  The following bill, House Bill 2465, Breath Test Instruments – Results – Admissibility, outlines the changes to RCW 46.61.506.  So, be prepared for these changes and of course, be prepared for more legal issues to follow.  The State does not have a perfect reputation for properly implementing new laws and new scientific procedures, does it?!

PAYMENT: $45 FEE PAYABLE WITH CASH, Cashier’s Check or Money Order ONLY. If you do not reschedule or cancel your appointment PRIOR to 6 PM on the day of your scheduled attendance, you will be charged an additional $10.00 fee. This fee will be applied each time you schedule and DO NOT attend. No one is admitted without proper payment. To schedule, reschedule, or cancel: Call (425) 388-7269.

TIME: Doors open at 6:15 PM and are locked at 6:30 PM. Panels begin as soon as registration is completed at last approximately two hours.
