Anacortes Skagit County DUI Lawyers: Highway 20 in Anacortes bags another DUI
On April 8th in Anacortes an Anacortes police officer saw a vehicle eastbound on Highway 20 in Anacortes drifting noticeably outside its lane around 12:57 a.m. The driver, a 23-year-old woman, smelled of alcohol and her speech was allegedly lethargic and slurred. She failed field sobriety tests (which according to NHTSA you cannot fail) and was arrested on a charge of DUI in Anacortes. She was cited and released to her mother.
