Anacortes Skagit County DUI Lawyer:  Twice the speed limit, twice the per se BAC limit

On June 17^th in Anacortes an Anacortes police officer on routine patrol spotted a vehicle going 50 mph in the 2900 block of Commercial Avenue around 12:29 a.m. The officer stopped the car and identified the driver as a 24-year-old Anacortes man. The man reportedly showed signs of intoxication and had an open container of beer in the car.

The driver failed physical sobriety tests and was arrested and turned over to a State Patrol trooper for processing.
