NOTICE NOT TRANSFER, SELL, OR ENCUMBER VEHICLE PENDING DISPOSITION WITH INTENT TO SEIZE AND FORFEIT:
That upon the conviction for a violation of RCW 46.61.502 or RCW 46.61.504, you are further advised that it is the intention of the CITY OF LYNNWOOD to proceed to seize and forfeit said vehicle.

The Skagit County Sheriff's Office Traffic Division consists of five full time traffic deputies and one sergeant. The mission of the Traffic Division is to promote traffic safety in Skagit County through education and enforcement. The traffic unit participates in the Skagit County Traffic Safety Task Force and regularly participates in DUI emphasis and major traffic corridor safety projects and patrols.
