Sleepy little Mukilteo (for those of you unfamiliar, it is located on the water between Everett and Lynnwood) seems like a pretty safe place to drive after a drink or two, right? WRONG. Last night Mukilteo PD stopped, arrested, and charged a driver with DUI after his BAC was 0.05 (significantly under the legal limit). It can happen to you too so do not consume any alcohol and drive in Mukilteo or you too could be facing the court system and a possible DUI conviction.
