Target Zero – focusing on DUI Emphasis Patrols
The following video clip is from Trooper Sean Templeton with the Washington State Patrol. Trooper Templeton works with the Target Zero Teams which are elite law enforcement officers who are 100 percent dedicated to getting impaired drivers off Washington State roadways. Trooper Templeton's primary area is DUI enforcement. If you have been arrested in Snohomish County for a DUI there is a good chance that it was Trooper Templeton.
