On October 31st in Edmonds, Snohomish County, officers responded to a DUI collision involving a juvenile driver. The accident occurred in the 9500 block of Edmonds Way. The juvenile driver was arrested for DUI and the juvenile passenger was cited for marijuana possession and minor in possession.
