For the second time in one week I appeared in Lynnwood Municipal Court with a client charged. And for the second time in one week a simple court date turned into a lengthy and most unnecessary wait. Last week a 1 pm court appearance ended at 5:15pm, and court was still in progress when we left. Today, a 1:30 pm court appearance ended at 5pm. The moral is if you are charged with a Lynnwood DUI bring a book, a big book, because you'll need it.
