A woman once accused of being the state's drunkest driver pleaded guilty Thursday in Redmond to two DUI charges stemming from arrests a year ago.
In one of them, Deana Jarrett, 54, recorded a 0.47 percent blood-alcohol reading, the highest ever registered in a state breath test, according to the Washington State Patrol.
