If you have been arrested for DUI in Island or Skagit Counties or in a city such as Oak Harbor, Mt. Vernon, Burlington, Lynnwood, Everett, Marysville, Mukilteo, Arlington, Lake Stevens, Mountlake Terrace, Shoreline, Kirkland, Bellevue or Seattle (and the list goes on...), you will likely have to appear in court within a few days of your arrest (perhaps the next day). If you have received a court date be sure to consult with an attorney immediately. Even if you cannot afford an attorney right away it is imperative that you be properly advised on how to prepare for court.
