Facts: Adrian was stopped for speeding after driving more than 90 mph and failing to maintain his lane of travel. He was arrested for DUI after refusing to provide a BAC and released on $15,000 bail.
Outcome: Adrian pleaded no contest to one misdemeanor charge of DUI and was sentenced to 36 months probation, $395 in fines, completion of an alcohol education program, and 10 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.
