If you have been arrested for DUI in Island or Skagit Counties or in a city such as Oak Harbor, Mt. Vernon, Burlington, Lynnwood, Everett, Marysville, Mukilteo, Arlington, Lake Stevens, Mountlake Terrace, Shoreline, Kirkland, Bellevue or Seattle (and the list goes on...), you would have likely received a little yellow ("golden rod") ticket as well. It is equally likely that this yellow ticket as a court date written on it (bottom left). As much as you probably do not want to look at the date, please do. Failure to attend that court date will result in a bench warrant for your arrest. Don't make a bad situation worse!
