Snohomish County is accepting applications from families of people killed in alcohol- or drug-related crashes for placement of a tile on the county's DUI Victims Memorial Wall. Snohomish County residents who were killed anywhere in a DUI-related crash are eligible. The deadline for families to apply for a free memorial tile is Aug. 23. The latest group of tiles on the memorial at McCollum Park, 600 128th St. S.E., Everett, will be unveiled on Oct. 6.
