On October 22, 2010 on the corner of Beverly Park Road & Mukilteo Speedway a Mukilteo police officer stopped a vehicle and arrested the driver for driving under the influence. He provided a BAC sample of .131 and .136. He was cited and released to a friend. He will be summoned into Everett District Court.
