Don't speed in California or this particular Highway Patrol Officer might warn you of a pending rape in jail. On a more serious note, the great majority of officers are rather polite and professional during a traffic stop (and DUI Stop), but there is a minority who are not. If you have experienced this during a DUI stop tell your attorney who may already be familiar with that particular officer's sordid behavior.
