******SEATTLE - Burien city Manager Michael Martin, 55, has been charged with DUI for an incident that occurred on April 19.
According to a police report, officers were dispatched to the 12600 block of 14th Ave. SW just before 11 p.m. to a possible DUI driver who had struck a planter in front of a home.
