Toyota Should Target Runaway Prius' First, DUI Drivers Second

There has been much controversy lately over runaway Prius’ and other issues with Toyota vehicle.  A mess to be sure.  Interestingly, Toyota has also recently been investigating the installation of devices that detect blood alcohol concentrations in the driver – very much like an ignition interlock device that can be installed in a vehicle.  There may be some value here, but shouldn’t Toyota right now be more focused on correctly the obvious problem of out of control Toyotas?  Surely that would save more lives right now.
