FEDERAL WAY, Wash. -- A teenage boy is accused of driving drunk, hitting a patrol car and then blasting into the side of a house in Federal Way, reported KIRO 7 Eyewitness News. Police said the boy's friends called police to try to keep him from driving from a party shortly before 2 a.m.
