Anacortes Skagit County DUI Attorney: DUI suspect not arrested for Skagit County DUI

On January 28^th, 2011, in Skagit County near the City of Concrete, at approximately  8:07 p.m., Skagit County Deputies responded to a suspected Skagit County DUI on Highway 20 near Concrete, Skagit County. The Skagit County driver was allegedly moving erratically, crossing the centerline. Upon contact, the Skagit County  deputies determined the driver was not impaired but only having difficulty driving in the rain.  Ahhh, another DUI investigation that looks like a DUI arrest ends up not being a DUI arrest. Good work by the Skagit County Deputies though.
