In recent months I have been critical of specific officers who, in my opinion, have not followed NHTSA guidelines. Such opinions have been based on videos and observations of same. Proof is in the pudding, so to speak. Do it right or not at all, has been my axiom.
That being said, occasionally officers do very good work. I just watched a video of Officer Brinkman and he did the Field Sobriety Tests in complete accordance with NHTSA protocol. There you go.
