Question: When can I get my DUI expunged?
Question Detail: I was told that I had to wait 10 years before I could get my DUI expunged. Is this true? I really need it off my record, because I am finding it difficult to find employment.
If your DUI conviction was in the State of Washington you will not be permitted to “expunge” (vacate) the DUI, unfortunately. If it is in another State, then perhaps you can.
