On August 20th at approximately 10:20 p.m. at 14500 block of 119th Ave. N.E in Kirkland, a Kirkland police officer observed a 21-year-old Bothell man's failure to stop at a stop sign. The Bothell man was arrested for DUI, refusal to comply, resisting arrest, driving with a suspended license and several outside warrants. The Bothell man was booked into Kirkland Jail. A Kirkland DUI Municipal Court date is pending.
