Anacortes DUI Attorney:  All I want for Christmas is a DUI

On Christmas Day in Anacortes, Skagit County an Anacortes police officer on routine patrol at 12:18 a.m. noticed a vehicle southbound in the 400 block of Commercial Avenue in the City of Anacortes weaving in its lane and exceeding the 20 mph speed limit. He followed the vehicle onto 12th Street and stopped the car when the driver failed to signal a turn onto D Avenue in Anacortes. The driver, a 44-year-old Anacortes woman showed signs of intoxication and refused to provide field sobriety tests. She was arrested and refused a blood-alcohol test.  She was to be charged with a DUI in Anacortes Municipal Court.
