Everett, Snohomish County DUI Attorney: Holiday DUIs down in 2010
The State Patrol says there was only one fatal collision over the Christmas weekend, compared to four in 2009.
Chief John Batiste also says the number of DUIs was down from 192 last year to 165 in 2010
